Feng Cart (“the App”) is a mobile app builder for Shopify that turns your store into a native iOS app (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, strictly limited to data necessary to build and operate your native iOS app:

• Store information — store name, domain, owner email, plan, country, currency, language, and general configuration.
• Product information — product titles, descriptions, images, variants, prices, inventory, and collections, used to render your catalog inside the mobile app.
• Order information — order identifiers, totals, line items, fulfillment status, and related metadata, used to display orders inside the mobile app and to provide order-related functionality.
• Theme and storefront configuration — to keep the mobile app aligned with your store’s look and feel.

The App does not collect personal information from your individual customers or buyers beyond what is required to render orders the merchant already owns through Shopify.

We collect this information directly through your Shopify account, via the Shopify APIs, and through standard server log files that track actions occurring within the App (such as IP address, browser type, and date/time stamps) for security and debugging purposes.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the information we collect to provide the Service and to operate the App. Specifically, we use this information to:

• Build, configure, and update your native iOS app;
• Synchronize your products, orders, and store configuration with the mobile app in real time;
• Communicate with you regarding the App, including support and service updates;
• Diagnose technical issues, monitor performance, and improve the App;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or independent purposes. Information is used internally to operate the App.

Data Retention

We retain the information described above for as long as your account remains active and the App is installed on your Shopify store. If you uninstall the App, we will delete the associated information from our active systems within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons. You may also request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
